Shanghai Disneyland

Shanghai Disneyland covers an area of 1.16 square kilometers and includes six theme parks: Mickey Street, Fantasy Garden, Adventure Island, Treasure Bay, Tomorrowland, and Dreamland. The scope of this article mainly focuses on the design of GRC and GRP exterior walls and decorative components in the core area of Shanghai Disney, Mickey Street, Fantasy Garden and the hotel. Among them, the main entrance garden includes 18 individual buildings. The architectural style is harmonious and natural, and art and function coexist. GRC products are widely distributed, diverse, rich in texture and beautiful in appearance.

The product types mainly include: GRC wall panel, GRC various lines, GRC shape cladding column, GRC grille, GRC various tile surfaces (including curved tiles), GRP hyperbolic panel, GRP simulation solid wood panel, etc. Among them, there are 200 types of products, 500 types of molds, and about 23,000 products. It can be said that the types of products are extremely diverse and the effects are very rich.

The selection of design materials is completely in accordance with the high standard requirements of the American Standard, and environmentally friendly materials are used. At the same time, in the entire design process, the assembly accuracy and product design error between each component are strictly controlled, and the product processing is checked according to the actual lay-out on site, and dust and noise pollution caused by secondary cutting installed in the factory and on-site are not allowed.
