UHPC is an ultra-high strength cement-based material with high strength, high toughness and low porosity. Its basic formulation principle is: by improving the fineness and activity of the components, without using coarse aggregates, the internal defects of the material are minimized to obtain ultra-high strength and high durability.

High Strength: UHPC exhibits exceptionally high compressive strength, typically exceeding 150 MPa (22,000 psi).
High Durability: These materials have excellent resistance to environmental factors such as abrasion, freeze-thaw cycles, and chemical attack.
Low Porosity: UHPC has very low permeability, reducing the ingress of water, chloride ions, and other harmful substances.
High Density: UHPC is highly compacted, resulting in a dense microstructure that enhances its mechanical properties.
Flexural Performance: UHPC demonstrates superior flexural strength and toughness compared to conventional concrete.
Enhanced Workability: Despite its high strength, UHPC can exhibit good workability, allowing for complex shapes and details during casting.
Improved Aesthetics: Due to its fine particle size and high density, UHPC can achieve smoother surface finishes and intricate textures.
Reduced Material Usage: The exceptional mechanical properties of UHPC enable the design of slender and lightweight structures, reducing material consumption.
This is a white UHPC project with an order area of 6000 square meters, comprising indoor, outdoor, and ceiling parts. It involves a combination of irregular and flat panels. The most challenging aspect is the two main entrance cross-shaped structural components, measuring 11 meters in height, 2.4 meters in width, and 25 centimeters in thickness. The double-sided mold pouring technique is adopted, which requires high mold strength.
