Cement: The cement usually used in GRC is mainly fast hard sulfoaluminate cement, low alkalinity sulfoaluminate cement, ordinary silicate cement, and white silicate cement.
Fiber: The fiber used in GRC decoration materials must be alkali-resistant glass fiber, and the types include alkali-resistant glass fiber untwisted roving, alkali-resistant glass fiber short-cut yarn, and alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth. European and American countries require that the zirconium oxide content of glass fiber used in GRC is not less than 16.5%, and China requires that the zirconium oxide content is not less than 16.5% when using ordinary silicate cement.
Polymer: The polymer usually added is propylene emulsion, i.e., acrylate copolymer emulsion.
Additives: Usually high-efficiency water reducing agent, plasticizer, retarder, early strength agent, antifreeze agent, rust inhibitor, and other additives can be added selectively. When the products contain steel reinforcing materials or steel pre-built parts, calcium chloride-based admixtures shall not be used.
Other materials: Some volcanic ash active materials can be added selectively, which is beneficial to improve the comprehensive performance of GRC facades, such as strength, impermeability, durability, etc. Although the content of other materials is not much but cannot be missing one.
