GRC panels are convenient for industrialized mass production. It is easy to transport, easy to install, and can reduce the imposed load of structural load-bearing members and foundation, thus reducing the cost, especially suitable for multi-story brick and concrete structures with poor geological conditions; it is ideal in high-rise frame structures.

Design Analysis of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Proportional design of glass fiber reinforced concrete
Low alkali cement is mainly used for glass fiber reinforced concrete low alkali cement. The main raw materials of cement are limestone, bauxite, and gypsum. After placing the ground raw materials into the feedstock, the clinker, which is the main mineral component, is calcined at 1280°C to 350°C and the gypsum mixture is ground to finalize the temperature between the aluminates. Hydrated alumina GS low alkali cement hydrates to produce much less Ca (OH) Z than Portland cement and therefore has lower alkalinity.
Other materials are essentially the same as normal concrete, but with a high homogeneity of increasing glass fibers compared to the maximum size of the aggregate, with a - certain limitation of the speed of grinding of normal concrete. And it can help to improve the glass fiber of uniform distribution and improve the later strength of glass fiber reinforced concrete.
It is generally accepted that the most intensive mix design method ensures the closest possible reduction in cement dose. The traditional design method is to design the center of the slurry, the ratio of water to cement (W/C) is fixed, different cement, the amount of all its materials vary, the latest packaging methods are based on the combination of skeleton and cement to effectively increase the volume of plasma (increase the n value), the total consumption decreases, but the total amount is close to the ratio of sand to stone. When the grout volume is fixed, the water-cement ratio of GRC facades can be effectively changed and the cement slurry produces a "mass" change, with the low water-cement ratio remaining the corresponding result of the low water-cement ratio. This is the same as with conventional coagulation, where the only constant is still the close ratio of the sandstone material. Then the traditional method shows the "closest wrapping" in the total hard aggregate of many skeletons.
The result is not the same, therefore, the safety of the glass fiber reinforced concrete will be better than the main component of the traditional grout mix design method.
With the progress of society and the development of technology, GRC concrete as a common material is widely used in many fields such as sculpture, architecture, urban infrastructure, etc., which expands its unique artistic expression and provides a wide range of possibilities for the design and creation of architecture and sculpture. Based on the introduction of advanced production technology from Germany, the company has integrated more than 30 years of glass fiber reinforced concrete into its development.
